A Child’s Rights

I haven’t been around for many years
But still I have endured many hopes and many fears

I am curious about the world around me
I want to know my destiny

Though I am eager for my many things
Most of all, I’m eager for my dreams

To live in a society where children count
So we can be heard and we can speak out

Where everyone is equal because in my eyes, that’s the way it is supposed to be

Because we see the world in a different way
We think deeper thoughts in a deeper way

We go beyond that assumption that he’s right, she’s wrong
We’re more about can’t we all get along

Because more sooner than later the world will die
And when that time comes, we’ll leave you with an open heart, and an open mind.

The Importance of A Family

A family is important for so many different reasons.
Here is why I think a family is important.
First, I think a family is important because a family has
a special kind of love nobody can take away.

Next, I think a family is important because your family
feels what you feel. For example, if you win a prize for
something, your family will feel happy because you’re happy.

Also, I think a family is important because a family cares for
each other.  If you got hurt and broke an arm or leg, your
family would help you through the pain.

Another reason why I think a family is important is a family
can help another family member to accomplish something.
For instance, if your father wanted to stop smoking, the
family could help.

These are the four reasons why I think a family is important.
