I'm Back!  After years of being in the closet section of the hard drive...

Welcome to Dickies Play Place - where nothing really is going on - but it's fun for Dickie every now and then, to mess around with.  So feel free to browse around.  If no-one is in the room with you, take your shoes off and see if there is anything you may enjoy.  After being in the closet for many years, it is a litte dated - but I will be busy working on this site as well as my business site - www.mrlights.com

We've got teddy bears for love affairs,
Artichokes for lady folks,
pots, pans, garbage cans,
and toys for the little kiddies!

Answers to most all questions!

Where would you find a dog with no legs?
Wherever you left him!

If our knees were hinged the other way - like a stork,
what would a chair look like?

Many more...

Who is this guy?

My name is Dick E. Marchant Jr. {Dickie} breathing the Riverview, FL air with my wife and six assorted kidlets.  We're usually a friendly bunch with lots of good friends and too much room for strange pets.
A self employed, happy idiot with way to many interests to conquer in this life alone.   Hmmm!  Self employed you say?  Yup!  Make electronic lighting controllers and control systems mainly for the outdoor amusement industry.   Stuck on carnivals - is he?  No, not really, but I did spend much of my growing-up time out there on the road - so I know a bunch of folks from that industry.   Bill Browning - "The Brush" is one of those buddies that paints fun houses, dark rides right along with restaurants and clubs.  And not with a roller or just one colour.  Changing murals, special effect and atmosphere stuff.

What day look like?

Check out the photo album.  Got family pics and links to our family related stuff.  Not much yet, mind you...

Thanks again to TW for the scanner!
